RP example*: I walk up through the river me. Out the underworld and through the mortal world. Time to pay the little campers a visit. Once i reach the camp I walk down through the camp letting every camper notice me. I walk through the house and into Dionysus' office. "Hello" I say with a smile and continue to walk and finally find Chirons Office. "Chiron I am fed up with all your mortal campers swearing oaths and things on me! If they break them I have to punish them you know! I will not be held responsible for my actions! I mean it!" Before he even has a chance to reply i storm out the house and back to the underworld.
Personal history*: Styx is the titan of oaths and hatred. She is the daughter of Erebus and Nyx. Styx supported Zeus in the first Titan war where she was the first to rush to his aid. For this reason her name was given the honor of being a binding oath for the gods. Many people and gods have visited the river these include; Aeneas, Dionysus, Heracles, Hermes, Odysseus, Achilles and other gods and heroes. Many people believed that placing a drachma in a dead persons mouth would guarantee people safe passage across the river.
