History: She grew up happily with her dad, but when he got a girlfriend, she ran away and went into hiding. She stole food to live ans slept in the woods. She made her way from Maine to new York City and started living on the streets.
RP Example: I had lived in the woods for a long time, but when I made it to New York City, I felt really small and helpless. I had to pull myself together. It had been my idea to run away in the first place. I did this to myself, not anyone else. I walked through an alley, getting a couple of cold eyes from hobos who had claimed their territory here. I wondered how I would find a place to sleep. I turned a corner and found an alley with no other homeless people hiding in the shadows. This was my new home. I curled up on the ground on an old dirty quit and drifted into a light sleep.
